About OpenBioDx
OpenBioDx is an open intelligence platform for the diagnostics community: a daily, curated read on molecular diagnostics, biomarkers, liquid biopsy, point-of-care testing, AI in diagnostics, regulation and the IVD industry.
We summarise the research and developments that matter for lab directors, pathologists, clinical chemists and molecular biologists, and we always link back to the original source.
Open by design
The diagnostics field deserves an open alternative to the paywalled incumbents. Every item on OpenBioDx is a concise summary that points to the primary study or announcement. We collect from public sources: PubMed and the leading diagnostics journals, plus preprints. We do not republish full articles; we help you find and judge them faster.
The library
Alongside the daily feed, OpenBioDx maintains a curated library of landmark studies in diagnostics from 2015 onward, drawn from more than forty leading journals and organised by topic. It is a standing reference, not a news stream.
Independent
OpenBioDx is an independent initiative. Summaries are written for clarity and scored for significance so you can scan quickly and dive deep when it counts. Questions or corrections: editors@openbiodx.com.
