Novel HLA-A*32:202 Allele Identified by NGS and Nanopore Sequencing
A new HLA allele, HLA-A*32:202, was characterised using both next-generation and Oxford Nanopore sequencing, differing from HLA-A*32:01:01:01 by two nucleotide substitutions in exons 1 and 2. This is a brief allele report with limited broader clinical impact.
